Class Refund policy
Pre-registration is required and fees must be paid at the
time of registration to ensure your place in class. Registration may be made
in person, by mail, Internet or by telephone. We accept Money orders,
Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. Cancellations must be
received 21 days prior to the class in order to receive a full value of the
class. Cancellation less than 21 days notice will result in forfeiture of
class fees. If a class is cancelled by SilversmithingClass.com LLC or acts
of God, a full refund will promptly be made. Cancellations must be
made by telephone. To cancel call the store where the class is being held.
If you cancel prior to class and we can still fill the class with another
student will will send you a full refund. A full class is determined by
store owner and SilversmithingClass.com on a store by store basis.
Because I drive to most of my classes and have to make
arrangement well in advance to fill a class it is important that you do not
make a reservation that you can not keep. If you need to cancel your
registration your fee will be fully refunded if you cancel 21 or more days
before the class is scheduled to take place you will receive a full refund,
hopefully we can fill your spot. If you are a no-show or cancel with less
than 21 days notice your entire class fee is subject to forfeiture.
You may cancel a free trial at
any time during the free trial period and incur
no charge. For all initial purchases of
subscriptions longer than one month, you may
cancel during the first 30 days (calculated from
the date of purchase plus any free trial period,
if applicable) and receive a full refund. If the
cancellation occurs after the first 30 days, you
will not receive a refund. For all renewals of
subscriptions longer than one month, you may
cancel within seven days of the renewal date and
receive a full refund. Monthly subscriptions may
be cancelled at any time but you will not
receive a refund. Please note that for gift
subscriptions the refund time period begins on
the date of purchase since no free trial period
is available. If you cancel your subscription
but are not eligible for a refund, you will
